This week’s chat with summer Spine Challenger South winner and coach Tim Pigott from HP3 Coaching (https://www.hp-3.co.uk) is all about how to train to run a 50 mile ultra in a fast enough time to qualify for the 100 milers that require you to have completed a 50 in 15 or 16 hours like the Centurion 100 milers and the Montane Lakeland 100.
